Terms of ticket sale

The concert is run by its organizer. Sphere Music sells the ticket on their behalf, delivers it, and runs the check-in at the door.

The organizer answers for the concert itself: the line-up, the venue, the timing and the conditions inside.

No account is needed. Your email is where the ticket goes, so type it carefully.

A ticket is held for you for 35 minutes while you pay. If payment does not complete, the seats go back on sale.

The price you see is the price you pay. Any service fee is shown before you confirm.

Every ticket carries a QR code and a code in text. It is scanned once; a second scan is refused.

Keep the link private. Anybody holding it can be admitted in your place.

Lost the email? Ask for it again at the «Find my tickets» page with the address you bought with.

A cancelled concert is refunded in full. Everything else follows the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

The venue's rules apply inside: age limits, security checks, and what may be brought in.

The organizer or the venue may refuse entry for a reason allowed by law; in that case the ticket is refunded unless the refusal follows your own conduct.
